ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Assist Senior Project Manager and Director with the overall management of assigned construction operations, primarily including high-end luxury residential construction projects as required.

· Responsible estimating, bidding, buyout, budget management, cost control for each assigned project.

· Assist in maintaining the Buyer / client communications during the home building process which will include drafting project status reports on monthly basis.

· Manage the construction team on a per project basis and as assigned, to include the Subcontractor base, field Superintendents and other project members.

· Manage all sub-contractor and vendor commitments using Procore to include writing of sub-contractor scopes of work and schedules of value for all trades.

· Maintain project budgets, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.

· Regularly use construction management software to manage projects, including Budgets, Change Events and Change Orders, Meetings, RFI’s, Submittals, Observations and Inspections, Reporting, Punch List and other tools.

· Assist Senior Project Manager & Director in preparations for weekly meetings with project stakeholders including, OAC Meetings, Executive reporting, Design coordination, Foreman and Subcontractor meetings, Safety Talks, Monthly PM reviews and all other required project coordination meetings.

· Maintain Procurement Logs, and successfully manage the buyout, lead-time, delivery and installation schedules.

· Track project milestone schedules and delivery dates for all assigned projects. Communicate and document with project stakeholders regarding project delays.

· Meet with and maintain relationships with, and hold accountable all project subcontractors, material vendors, labor vendors associated with the project.

· Constantly review, drive, and manage site cleanliness, jobsite material management, laydown yards, and traffic flow through the club and project.

 

Education/Certifications/Licenses

· Bachelor’s degree applicable to a position is a plus coupled with applicable work experience.

· Construction Management certification, or equivalent experience is a plus and shall be given preference.

· Procore Certification a plus.

 

Experience

· At least 3-5 years working history applicable to position and actively using Procore a plus.

· Preference will be given to candidates who have had practical and applicable experience in a construction field using Procore to perform most, if not all the available functions.

· Strong preference to candidates with luxury residential construction experience; commercial experience and process management also preferred.

· Must work 8-hour days (during core business hours) with flexibility for longer hours as needed.

· Must conduct business in a professional and ethical manner with all team members, potential buyers, external business associates and coworkers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company.
