Job Description

Join our team at CADRE Construction, Inc. as a Construction Project Manager, where you will oversee the construction management of ground-up and interior improvement projects ranging up to $22 million. As a key member of our team, you will engage with consultants, clients, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success and adherence to quality, safety, and administrative standards.

Assist the Project Managers in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
Works with PM’s and Superintendents to identify and resolve problems or issues related to design information, schedule, material deliveries, change management, safety, and quality
Administering and tracking of all electronic construction project change orders and material releases.
Assign tasks to project team and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans.
Organize and file project-related documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
Track expenses, review invoices, and address any project budgetary concerns in collaboration with the finance team.
Assist in developing and maintaining construction schedules.
Ensure contracts are followed, and any deviations are documented and addressed promptly.
Help create progress billings and review with Project Managers.
Create Prime and Sub change orders as needed, keep tracking log preferably weekly
Request close out documents as each trade finishes their scope prior to releasing retention and track receipts
Combine close out documents in one folder; save on thumb drive – send to Owner
Reconcile job budgets monthly with BSU updates with PM’s and finance team
Qualifications:

Degree or studies in Construction Management
Proven experience in construction administration, particularly in commercial projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, and SAGE, Build, Blue Beam
