Job Description

We are a growing roofing company that is looking to bring on an experienced roofer that can focus on building our crews to handle the amount of roofs we need to install.

Fortunately, we have more roofs than we can handle and finding good crews is no easy task!

Responsibilities will include:

Posting ads & conducting interviews.
Strategic crew placement & team building.
Field supervision/quality control.
Software onboarding and training for new hires.
Material orders.
Coordinating City inspections.
Coordinating ladder placements.

Requirements:

10+ years in residential roofing experience.
Bilingual (Spanish & English).
Reliable truck (we cover gas & truck allowance).
Ok with lots of driving.
Good attitude.
Good communication.

License/Certification:

Driver’s License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

100% (Required)
