Required knowledge/skills:

4 years of related work experience
Ability to comprehend, analyze and research problems of a complex nature and make recommendations as to their solution
Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
A high standard in work quality and propensity for follow through
Understanding of LAN/WAN connectivity technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
