This position will be in-home in Alpharetta, GA.
Schedule required for this position:
M-F: Afternoons, evenings
Saturday sessions offered for extra hours but not mandatory.
Bonus pay given to those available to work a Saturday session as well. This is not a mandatory requirement to obtaining this position and will not affect the interview or hiring process.
Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties:
Traveling to the client’s home to implement 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a Board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA).
Collect and enter data through our electronic system.
Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner.
Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Reliable transportation and insurance
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
