Job Description
NP for Primary Care Health Center ( possible temp to hire for the right candidate)
start: ASAP – Mon-Fri (8A-5P)
This is a new site opening and expected ramp up to 17 patients/day
(Go Live will be 10/8/24)
Will see patients 2 and up, but mostly adult population. Will be sole provider in a new health center, along with an MSK team (PT, Chiro, Acu), and behavioral health. Due to new center/establishing, dynamic/outgoing personality is preferred and willingness to engage members at Café events. We will be able to ID a collaborative MD to oversee.
