DiStefano Brothers Construction in North Kingstown, RI is actively seeking a creative and experienced full-time Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the construction process for various residential and commercial building projects.

As a Project Manager at DiStefano Brothers, you help continue our team’s success as a leader in the local Design/Build industry, working on a variety of high-end residential and commercial projects. You are an exceptional communicator with our internal and external clients. You monitor every step of the process, from drafting and reviewing to building plans to making sure a project meets safety and environmental standards. You develop building plans, prepare construction contracts, and formulate cost estimates. To keep our clients happy, you schedule different stages of the building process, in accordance with their needs. You also keep tabs on the progress of each project to ensure they are aligned with building plans and project deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Technology or equivalent
Minimum of 5-10+ years of professional Construction Project Management experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with CoConstruct, Procore, BuilderTrend or similar PM software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter, deadline & detail oriented, team player
Positive and friendly demeanor
Capable of prioritizing and managing time effectively
Able to work in a creative environment on multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation required
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred*
