What makes an AFF Regional Training Coach:
A Regional Training Coach will work closely with Region Sales Directors to ensure that their direction is reinforced and to provide communication surrounding risky practices. This role will be critical in helping to develop new sales trainees, conduct merchant training when needed, and replace incompliant and outdated POP marketing. A coach will be a knowledgeable expert on the products they support and will remain vigilant in ensuring that compliance updates and process changes are communicated to the field regularly.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Reports on individual progress and identifies additional training needs
May assist in developing new training courses associated with the introduction of new products or services
Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items
Effective and efficient use of AFF’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and reporting tools
Develop relationships with Sales Representatives to foster a positive in-person coaching environment
Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to ensure that their direction is reinforced and provide communication surrounding areas of opportunity
Maintain American First Finance standards and compliant communication
Work as an extension of the Sales team by assisting with Merchant training and re-training, periodic check-ins, replacing dated POP marketing
Attend quarterly Train-the-Trainer sessions to remain knowledgeable and compliant
Attend all weekly regional team meetings
Have regular one-on-ones with the Regional Sales Director
And other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience or 2 years relevant experience with bachelor’s degree
Experience in sales coaching, mentoring, or leadership
Up to 50% travel depending on area of responsibility
Successful track record in sales
Office 365 applications (Office, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
