Position Overview:
We are seeking a Recruiter/Human Resources Assistant (Recruiter/HRA) to join our growing Human Resources team. The Recruiter/HRA will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, employee onboarding and college recruiting, and other duties as assigned. Attention to details and being organized is important in this position.
Recruiting Responsibilities:
Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions at KWC.
Source resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
Use a variety of methods to find candidates, including job board websites, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the company.
Present qualified candidates to the hiring manager for further consideration.
Conduct reference checks and background checks.
Draft offers
Help onboard new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Oversee the college recruiting program.
Collaborate with the human resources team to ensure that the company’s hiring process is efficient and effective.
Human Resources Administration:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Assists with onboarding.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Associates and or BS degree in related field preferred.
2-3 years of recruiting/human resources experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)

Work Schedule:
Full-time position
3 days in office during core hours per KWC policy
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to fifteen pounds at times.
