Our History

This company was founded by Robert & Amanda Hill during a casual conversation on what they could do to affect lives and help other organizations grow their brand.  This entrepreneurial spirited couple always wanted to affect change and lead change but struggled on what they could do together to make their dream into a reality.  With maintaining a marriage, kids, work and life balance it was a difficult struggle in the beginning but they maintained their persistence through the tough times and managed to create an idea that would focus on a particular niche that would be the catalyst to jump start their dreams into a reality.

In conclusion even before LPC Staffing, the pair has been making progress in their respective fields and have now come up with a niche specifically for Licensed Professionals seeking to help others find careers.
