As soon as you sign up, you will be assigned to a concierge recruiter that will tend your organization’s specific needs. This LPC Recruiter will study and (if living in the area) possibly visit your business to look at more aspects of the company to make sure the candidate he/she finds is the correct fit. After a full evaluation has been done the search will begin for the next best candidate to possibly begin a long career at your organization.

Before the selection has been made, the candidate would’ve already completed the background and drug test. This will cover the drug test guidelines issued by the state. We will keep in touch with you and the candidate during the process to provide any updates and answer any questions or concerns that you may have. We will deliver the “Best” candidate to your office for a final interview. After each interview, we will report to you on your thoughts of the potential candidate.

Finally after we have sent you qualified employees for your choosing, then a decision will be made and you will let us know what the start date will be for your new employee.
